I thought it was an internationally acclaimed movie, but when I read about it on wiki, I figured out, I was partially mistaken, if not completely. I liked Linda Bassett performance, and stolen glances, and occasional concealed smiles. I liked the kid across the street who used to greet Om Puri. A lil exaggerated but still funny and enjoyed this repeat watch.
